How I Can Help
I provide legal advice and representation across a range of property and contractual matters, with particular experience in residential landlord and tenant law, park homes, caravans and holiday homes.
My work includes advising landlords and tenants on residential tenancy matters, including assured shorthold tenancies, possession proceedings and disputes arising from the occupation of residential property.
I have particular experience in park homes law and caravan and holiday home law, advising individuals and site operators on matters arising before, during and after ownership. This includes agreements, site licensing, pitch fees, consumer rights, disputes and issues concerning the purchase, sale and use of park homes, caravans and holiday lodges.
I also advise on contractual disputes, including disagreements concerning the terms, performance and termination of agreements and the remedies which may be available when things go wrong.
Where possible, my approach is to identify the relevant legal and practical issues at an early stage and seek an effective resolution without proceedings. Where litigation is necessary, I can advise on the merits and strategy, draft pleadings and other legal documents, and provide representation before courts and tribunals.
How I work
The service is deliberately personal. I consider each matter on its own facts, and give clear advice on the legal position, the available options, and the practical steps that may be taken.
Where appropriate, I undertake work for an agreed fixed fee, so that the scope of the work and the cost are clear from the outset.
